There were also questions about a similar document for institutions other
than Educational Institutions. Someone mentioned:
Fund-Raising Standards for Annual Giving and Campaign Reports: For
Not-for-Profit Organizations Other than Colleges, Universities, and Schools
by Mary Joan McCarthy, CASE (for NSFRE)

I have just been in touch with AFP (formerly NSFRE) about their updating the
Standards and got the following message:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hello Charlie,
Thank you very much for your clarification on the document. I have spoken
with our Executive Office, and they confirm that there are no plans at this
point to update the publication here at AFP.
Best,
So general non-profits can use the old standards or consider the new CASE
standards. AFP also let me know that they did not have copies of the old
standards book, but we should look to CASE for a copy.
FYI,
Charlie
