As many of you know, UAB is a long time Ellucian client and has participated in their CRM Advance roadmap since their Alpha phase. We are currently in the final stages of our production go-live process and plan to continue down this route with them. My intent in asking about Salesforce for Advancement was to get feedback on what exactly it offers and other's opinions on it strictly as a fact finding exercise in our evaluation of alumni engagement, communications, and online giving options. It's best not to assume you understand something and this community is a great sounding board for us all! Thank you to those who have reached out to us with your feedback.
